Heirloom Tomato Salad (SO easy and SO yum)

If you’re on salad duties I’ve got you. The easiest and prettiest salad you could possible make!
We neeed to be making the most of heirloom tomato season. They’re typically in season from mid summer - mid autumn. All winter I was thinking about heirloom tomatoes and I danced with excitement when I saw them at the market a month or so ago!!

Step 1
Arrange half tomatoes on a large serving platter, then spread over half of the red onion then add a second layer with the rest of the tomatoes and then the rest of the onion
Step 2
Sprinkle with the herbs, salt and basil
When ready to serve, mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and pour evenly over the salad and enjoy!
