Summer Dutch Pea Soup
2 cups water, 1 3/4 cups oat milk, 36oz frozen peas

Instructions
Step 1
Bring water, milk, salt, and cumin to a boil in a
big soup pot. Add the frozen peas and
back to a boil. Simmer 10 min. Blend in
blender or use soup hand mixer. Pour back
into pot. Add fresh cilantro leaves and simmer 5 min.
