Instructions

Step 1
SAUTE sausages until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add chicken and saute until cooked. Add sausage back to the pot and cook for an additional minute. Remove ans set aside.
Step 3
Cook the onion, celery, bell pepper and bottom of the green onions for 2 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Step 4
Pour .5c of broth to deglaze.
Step 5
Stir until combines the white rice, tomatoes, remaining broth, and Cajun seasonings. Stir in the chicken and sausage. CANCEL.
Step 6
PRESSURE COOK, HIGH, 5 MINUTES. Natural release for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Season to taste and top with green onion.
