Epic noodles for funny lads, add any sort of veg/protein you wish. MSG seasoning is not essential.

Instructions
Step 1
Chop up veggies and proteins.
Step 2
Chop garlic and spring onions, save spring onions to garnish at the end.
Step 3
Cook noodles in a pot till done. Drain and set aside.
Step 4
Sweat garlic, spring onions and crushed chillis in sesame oil for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add veg and protein to the pan, season with garlic powder, onion powder, msg, smoked paprika, salt and white pepper and stir. Cook on a medium heat until soft/well cooked.
Step 6
Turn the heating down to low, add peanut butter, soy sauce, sweet chilli, honey and a splash of water in the same pan as the cooked veggies and protein. Season with all the same seasonings as you did with the veggies and protein. Mix the sauce well. If the sauce is too thin add more peanut butter, if it's too thick add a bit more water.
Step 7
Once the sauce is well mixed add the noodles, with a splash of water again (so the sauce better sticks to the noodles). Use tongs to mix the noodles in the sauce, mix until the noodles are well coated.
Step 8
Serve the noodles, garnish with the rest of the spring onions.
