Ingredients
4 servings
6cloves garlic
crushed
500gpasta
½ cupparmesan cheese
1 Tbspolive oil
4 tbspnbutter unsalted
Chilli flake
optional
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Boil Pasta with a few drops of oil
Step 2
Stir all ingredients in sauce - ensure sugar is melted.
Step 3
Heat olive oil and butter. Once it starts to bubble turn heat to low and add garlic so garlic don't burn. Optional if you want spicy can add chilli flake.
Step 4
Add Pasta and mix thoroughly through butter/galic oil. Then add mixed sauce.
Step 5
Turn off heat and add parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
