Instructions

Step 1
Mix the flour, whey, sugar, coconut and oats in a large bowl.

Step 2
Mix the the margarine and syrup and melt together in a bowl.

Add the vanilla and bicarb to the margarine and mix well.

Step 4
Combine the margarine and flour mixtures and mix well.

Press the mixture flat into a pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the crunchies from the oven and cut into rough squares.

Turn the oven off, then place the crunchies back into the oven for another 30 minutes.

Place the crunchies on a cooling rack until cold.
