Crispy potatoes
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and don't remove the peel. Cook them for about 15-20min until cooked through.
Step 2
Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. Spread half of the olive oil on it.
Step 3
Now place the potatoes on the baking tray, spacing them slightly apart. Use a glass to smash the potatoes.
Step 4
Drizzle on the other half of the olive oil and season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Step 5
Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven at 200 degree circulation air for about 20-30min until crispy and golden brown.

Step 6
Dice the cucumber and slice the spring onion.
Step 7
Mince the parsley, dill and garlic.
Step 8
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Step 9
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Enjoy!
