Great way to use arugula if you are bored of salads.

Super tasty recipe. I've never made pesto with arugula, so it had a spicy, peppery kick. We're unsure if there is a pine nut allergy in the house, so we substituted pine nuts with pepitas (pumpkin seeds). I got lazy at the end and didn't measure anything. I could have put more cheese and lemon in it. I served it with a simple chicken.
