Step 1
Saute onion garlic carrots in butter
Step 2
Add water, salt, cajun, pepper, bay, and bone. Simmer 1 hour
Step 3
Add beans and thyme, return to simmer(1hr.)
Turn off heat
Step 4
Remove bones/hocks to cutting board. Remove any meat
Step 5
Discard bay leaves. Stir in ham
