Instructions

Step 1
Make a caramel by cooking the sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat until medium brown. Add the pistachios and stir through.
Step 2
Pour into a greased baking tray and leave until completely cold and firm.
Step 3
Break into pieces and process quickly in a food processor. The praline should still be a little chunky.
