Ingredients

1 Tbsolive oil
1brown onion
small, finely chopped
2garlic cloves

3 tspground cumin
3 tspground coriander
2 tspground paprika
1 tspground turmeric
500glamb mince
60gbaby spinach leaves

2 Tbspine nuts

18 sheetsfilo pastry

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook onion, stirring, for 5 minutes or until onion softens. Stir in garlic, cumin, ground coriander, paprika and turmeric. Cooks for 30 seconds. Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes or until mince changes colour. Seasons. Stir in spinach until wilted. Stir in pine nuts and set aside to cool.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Fold a sheet of pilo fparty in half lengthways. Spoons 2 tbs mince mixture over 1 short end of filo. Top with 1 tbs of hommus. Fold over 1 corner of filo. Continue folding to enclose in a triangle shape. Placed on lined trays. Brush with milk, and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool slightly. Serve with extra hommus.
