Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, cook pork tenderloin, onion and garlic in olive oil until pork is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Step 2
Break up tomatoes with spoon. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Stir in sour cream, heat through and serve with cooked pasta.
