Step 1
Place butter in a heat-proof bowl in a cool oven. Turn oven to 350F; heat 3 minutes. Transfer butter to a cool bowl. Stir in honey and peel. Serve with bread. Makes 1/2 cup.

Serve with beef or burgers Herb Butter: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed, and 1/2 tea- spoon ground sage, Serve with vegetables, Tarragon Butter: Stir in 2 tea- spoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed. Serve with fish, beef, chicken, or vegetables
