Fried dumplings stuffed with curry chicken

Ingredients
6 servings

240gplain flour

1 tspbaking powder
6 TbspCurried Chicken
or a filling of choice

1 tspsalt

100mlwater

oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Step 2
Slowly add a little bit of water to the flour and mix, keep adding small amounts of water until it becomes a dough.
Step 3
Next using your clean hands knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Add more flour if required.
Step 4
Once the dough is kneaded place it in the bowl and cover with a damp towel and leave to rest for about half an hour.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll into balls.
Step 6
Now using a rolling pin roll out the dough into circles.
Step 7
Place your filling into the centre of the dough and then wrap the dough around making sure all sides are sealed.
Step 8
Heat the oil to around 140 degrees gently place the balls into the oil.
Step 9
After a few minutes turn the dumplings until they are golden brown all over.
Step 10
Remove and drain well on kitchen paper. Once drained serve, lick youโre lips and enjoy ๐๐
