1onion

1red bell pepper
finely sliced
1Green Bell Pepper

1Yellow Bell Pepper
finely sliced
1 Tbspgreen seasoning
1 Tbspjerk seasoning
2 tspall purpose seasoning
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
100mlvegetable stock
1 Tbspall purpose seasoning
1Scotch Bonnet
Finely Chopped
250mlcream
30gParmesan Cheese Grated
Instructions
Step 1
Place the prawns/ Shrimp into a bowl.
Step 2
Add in a tablespoon of Jerk marinade and a tablespoon of Green Seasoning, a teaspoon of Garlic Powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and all-purpose seasoning.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients into the shrimp, cover with plastic wrap place in the fridge and marinate for at least 2 hours but best overnight.
Step 4
Remove the shrimp from the refrigerator and allow it to reach room temperature.
Step 5
Cook the pasta as directed on the packet. Retain some of the pasta water.
Step 6
Heat a large frying pan or skillet over low heat and gently cook the shrimp for two to three minutes on each side and then remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
Step 7
Add the sliced onions into the marinade bowl coat with the remaining marinade and add into the same pan as the shrimp was cooked in, cook until soft.
Step 8
Add the bell peppers into the marinade bowl coat in what is left of the marinade and add to the frying pan cook oil for 2-3 minutes, add in the scotch bonnet while stirring constantly next add in the vegetable stock and the cream and stir, finally add some pasta water around a ladle full into the marinade bowl and rinse out the remaining marinade and add to the pan stir and allow to reduce and simmer.
Step 9
After 3/4 minutes add in the pasta and stir well, cook for a further two minutes before adding in the grated Parmesan, stir well and cook for another 2/3 minutes. Now add in the shrimp stirring and coating the shrimp in the pasta and sauce.
Step 10
Plate up and serve, lick your lips and enjoy.😋😋
