Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150°C and line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper. Melt chocolate with butter.
Step 2
Cream yolks with 25g sugar.
Step 3
Beat whites with 30g sugar to stiff peaks. Fold whites into chocolate.
Step 4
Cook 2/3 of the mixture for approximately 40 minutes.
Step 5
Whip double cream and fold into remaining 1/3 of chocolate mixture.
Step 6
Once cake has cooled and collapsed in the middle top with mousse and re-set.
