FREEZER MEAL DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Butterfly or pound chicken breasts flat. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients excluding chicken breasts. Thoroughly mix ingredients then add chicken breasts. Evenly distribute ingredients into two labeled ziplock bags.
CROCKPOT INSTRUCTIONS
Step 2
When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
