Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°E 2. Beat together the cream cheese and heavy cream in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the Parmesan, stirring untilit is evenly blended. 3. Transfer the mixture to a medium the baking dish and smooth out the top. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and bake for about 20 minutes,or until the dip is hot and the cheese is starting to turn golden brown on top. Serve with crackers or a sliced baguette.
