Step 1
Base: Process the ingredients in the food processor until well combined and sticky. Place them in a 20-cm lined cake tin and press down tightly with a spoon.



Step 2
Filling: Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, transfer to the cake tin, smoothen the top, and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.




Step 3
Glaze: Break the dark chocolate into a saucepan and add the coconut milk. Heat the mixture until the chocolate has melted (80°C). Pour it over the filling and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours.
