½ cuprolled oats

½ cupmilk
of choice

2 Tbspgreek yogurt

2 Tbspcream cheese

1 Tbspchia seeds

1 Tbsphoney
or maple syrup

¼ tspvanilla extract
Fruit Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Place all oats, milk, yogurt, cream cheese, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla in bowl and mix. Place in seperate containers and cover and leave overnight.
Step 2
To make the fruit sauce, heat berries and sugar in saucepan and cook in medium heat until the berries soften and/or burst about 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely and add on top of overnight oats.
