Instructions

Step 1
Add a little olive oil to a large pan then fry a diced onion for 2 minutes on medium high heat

Add the diced chicken breast season with salt and pepper red pepper flakes and Italian herbs then fry for two minutes

Add the garlic pasta and chicken broth then bring to a boil and cook covered on medium heat for 9 minutes . ( check the cooking time of the pasta you use if you use a different pasta you want to cook it until just before al Dente as it will continue cooking in the pan later )

Remove the lid then add the Parmesan spinach tomatoes and cream then cook on medium high heat and stir until the sauce is thick and creamy . Adjust the seasoning of necessary
