Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in the pan add garlic and fry till gets golden, then add the onion and cook on high flame till it gets soft
Step 2
Add the mince, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes. Mix well and cook on high heat till it changes colour.
Step 3
Add the chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, canned tomatoes, mix it all then cover and cook on medium flame till no liquid is remaining
Step 4
Add the tomato puree, mixed herbs, sweetcorn and mushrooms. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 mins until everything is cooked through
Step 5
In the meantime, boil spaghetti as per instructions
Step 6
Add some cheese to the sauce and add in the cooked spaghetti and mix
Step 7
Top with dried mixed herbs and chilli oil
