Instructions
Step 1
Preheat over to 200 degrees

Step 2
Prep veg and boil kettle

Step 3
Add cauliflower and cook for 5-6 mins. Drain and place in ovenproof dish

Step 4
Mix in crème fraiche and top with cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 mins


Step 5
Heat a large frying pan on medium/high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Season the pork with salt and pepper

Step 6
Cook pork steaks for 4 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, boil the green beans.

Step 7
Add the garlic, butter and Italian style herbs to the pan and stir to melt the butter

Step 8
Serve and yum ☺️
