Step 1
In a medium bowl, add in the cucumbers and sea salt. Mix together and set aside for 5 mins or until all the moisture has been drawn out. Rinse the cucumbers with water.
Step 2
Add in the garlic, chilli, soy sauce, white vinegar, white sugar, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix together until well combined.
Step 3
