Step 1
Prepare cabbage – Rinse 3 times, drain well, and cut or tear into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Slice vegetables – Slice some onion and some chives or green onions
Step 3
Make seasoning – In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp plum extract or honey, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Step 4
Mix salad – Add cabbage and sliced vegetables, then toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle ½ tbsp sesame seeds on top and enjoy your refreshing, crunchy salad!
