Instructions

Mix dry ingredients
Step 2
With Pastry cutter or 2 knees, cut the butter into the flour as when making pastry.

Add water and oul slowly.
Step 4
Knesd lightly on a floured board for abt 1 minute to shape into a smooth ball.
Step 5
Pinch off a 1/3 cup of dough and roll it out very thin.
Step 6
Place these on a baking sheet, and bake at 400° oven for 8 to 10 min. or till puffy and lightly brown
Step 7
If using fmf add small increase in water and let dough after formed to sit covered for 20 minutes
