Instructions
Step 1
Make chicken batter (as much as it is to make it thick like pancake batter), and cover all chicken pieces

Step 2
Cover the pan with 1 inch of vegetable oil (wait for it to cool before discarding, you can tell when the oil is hot enough that you put a bit of the batter in there and it gets crispy)

Step 3

Put in 3 slices and put stove down to medium, because if it cooks too fast it won’t cook through

Step 4

When chicken turns a little golden brown it is ready, because it cooks more in the oven
Step 5
Preheat oven for 425°F

Step 6
Boil pasta, Tip: Start cooking pasta when chicken is put in oven (Pasta water takes 15-20 min to boil, pasta takes 10 min to cook)

Step 7
Use a big baking sheet and cover with parchment paper, use paper towel to soak oil from chicken and put on big baking sheet

Step 8

Use a spoon to layer tomato sauce on the chicken pieces and spread like a pizza

Step 9

Order for toppings is tomato sauce, thin slice of ham, a bit thicker slice of cheese

Step 10

Put in oven for 20 minutes

Step 11

When cheese starts to turn colour (brownish) and bubbly, it’s done
Step 12
Once water is boiled, put in pasta with a pinch of table salt, cook for 10 minutes until al dente

Step 13

Strain pasta, put back into the pot and put 3 tablespoons of pesto and cover the top with olive oil and mix around
