Ingredients
8 servings
2 headsfresh broccoli
0.5red onion
0.5 lbbacon
1 ½ cmayonnaise
¾ cupwhite sugar
2 Tbspwhite vinegar
Almond and cranberry salad mix
Instructions
Step 1
1. Place bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Cool and crumble.
Step 2
2. Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and small-dice the onion. Combine with the bacon, cranberries, and almonds.
Step 3
3. To prepare the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together until smooth. Stir into the salad, let chill and serve.
