S'Jirra's Famous Potato Bread - Elder Scrolls
The strange Khajiit S'jirra is the only one that sells her Famous Potato Bread
to those who encounter her at the Faregyl Inn. But because wheat is in such
high demand in Skyrim, many Nords have adopted this recipe that adds
potato to stretch out the supply of flour. This results in a light flatbread that is
delicious fresh from the oven and slathered with butter.
Pairs well with: cream cheese, butter

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 42 5°F and lightly sprinkle a baking sheet with
cornmeal.
2. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl, adding
the flour a little at a time until you have a nice dough that isn't too
sticky. With lightly floured hands, shape the dough into several
flat rounds roughly 6 inches across, pressing flat on the baking
sheet. Prick the breads a few times with a fork, and bake for 15 to 20
minutes, or until the top starts to turn golden brown
3. The bread is best enjoyed the same day, but will keep for a little
while if you are planning a foray into the wilds.
Step 2
Tty mixing up the flavor of this bread by adding in some different flours. Rye is the
traditional Nord flour, but other hearty milled flours are also a safe bet. This recipe
can also be made with either leftover mashed or baked potatoes- boiled potatoes
are often too watery
Step 3
Note: Can use anywhere from 1 cup to 2 cups flour
