Instructions

Step 1
Peel and chop the pineapple ( sub frozen if you don’t have fresh ) then add it to a blender with a peeled banana the juice of a lime coconut milk ( not thick canned coconut milk the drinkable one ) flaxseed and coconut chips .

Step 2
Add as much ice as you like then blend until smooth . This makes one very large smoothie or two small ones
