Ingredients

1 lbshrimp
1 lbsquid tentacles
12clams
soaked in fresh cold water for a minimum of 15 minutes to flush them out
1 packagefrozen cooked mussels
1 lbhaddock
cut in chunks
seafood
as you like
1fennel bulb
finely sliced
1onion
finely diced
3shallots
finely sliced
6garlic cloves
chopped
½ cupwhite wine
3 Tbspolive oil
28 ozcan diced tomatoes
1 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoonssalt
4 tablespoonstomatoe paste
4 cupslobster stock
clam juice
2bay leaves
1 teasoregano
1 teasbasil
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion, shallots, garlic, and fennel.
Step 2
Add spices, tomato paste and white wine. Cook for 30 secs to blend. Add lobster and clam stocks. Bring to simmer. Add raw clams, simmer until they begin to open. Add remaining seafood. Simmer until cooked. Just a few minutes. Hope you try it and like it as much as we did!
