Step 1 Prepare the eggs

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Using your finger or a small spoon, remove the yolks, being careful not to tear the egg whites. Put the yolks in a small bowl and place the white halves on your serving platter.
Step 3
Use a fork to mash the yolks as finely as possible. Stir in the mayonnaise, butter, pickle juice, mustards, sugar, salt and pepper, mixing until the filling is smooth.
Step 4
Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika and top with a slice of green olive. Refrigerate until serving time.
