Instructions

Step 1
If you can buy fish already battered & cooked, much easier. If not, buy a piece of fish.
Step 2
Make batter - beat 2 eggs, roll in flour, fry in oil.

Sauce
Step 4
Fry 2 onions until golden brown, if you still have oil pour it off.
Step 5
Add boiling water & cook onions until soft.
Step 6
Add a little vinegar to boiling water.
Step 7
Mix 1 tsp curry powder with 1 tsp tumeric, salt & pepper.
Step 8
Add to water. Taste. If too acidy add some sugar.
Step 9
Taste. Let simmer, if not enough curry to taste add some more.
Step 10
Pour sauce over the fish & leave overnight.
