Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine your parm, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside. 
Step 2
In a large soup pot or dutch oven, heat your olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add in your onion, add a pinch of salt, and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Throw in your garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add in your sausage and beef, breaking into pieces with a wooden spoon. Cook for a few minutes and then season with your salt, pepper, basil, oregano, parsley, Italian seasoning, red pepper, and Tony's. Cook until no longer pink.
Step 6
Add in your tomato paste and stir. After couple of minutes, pour in chicken broth and marinara and bring to boil.
Step 7
Pour in your pasta, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 mins or until al dente, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
Once noodles are done, add heqavy cream and fresh basil. Serve w/ dollop of ricotta mixture.
