Instructions
Step 1
Chop 1 head of cauliflower, add 1/4 cup water to keep it soft
Step 2
Heat oil, add cauliflower to roast
Step 3
Add 3tbsp of garlic/ginger and small chopped onion, put cracked lid to roast for 5 min.
Step 4
Add zeera/cumin, stir and replace lid for 5 min
Step 5
1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp kashmiri mirch, add a bit of water if gobi needs to soften and seal lid
Step 6
Remove lid and add 3tbsp of tomato paste. Mix and let cook for a few min
