Step 1
Add oats sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds flaxseed chopped mixed nuts ( I use cashew and walnut ) chopped mixed fruit ( I use date and apricot ) cinnamon and a sprinkle of salt and give it a good mix

mixed nuts1 cup
flax seed2 Tbsp
dry fruit1 cup

Step 2
In a pot melt coconut oil peanut butter date syrup ( or honey ) and a splash of water then pour it all over the dry mix . Mix together then spread in a lined baking tray . Bake at 180 c / 360 f fan setting for 20 minutes mixing half way through . Once golden and crispy transfer to a mason jar it air tight container .
