1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
6 Burrito size flour tortilla
6 tostada shells
6 small flour tortillas (or cut large ones)
Toppings of choice I used:
Nacho cheese
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Sour cream
Lettuce
Tomato
Red onion
Avocado
Cook taco meat according to taco seasoning packet. Take a large flour tortilla and spread nacho cheese into the center. Spoon cooked beef and add shredded cheese, salsa and tostada on top. Spread sour cream on top then add lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. Top with smaller flour, tortilla and fold it shut. Place it seam side down in a nonstick skillet and toast it on both sides over medium heat then slice and enjoy.
