Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350Β°f
Step 2
Cream together cheesecake ingredients
Step 3
Line cupcake tin with foil cupcake liners
Step 4
Scoop about a third a cup of the cheesecake mix into each liner(should make 24)
Step 5
Bake for 30-40 minutes
Step 6
Remove and cool for at least 5 minutes before adding topping
Step 7
Lower oven temp to 300Β°f
Step 8
Make sour cream topping
Step 9
Scoop about 1 tablespoon on top of each cheese cake
Step 10
OPTIONAL: garnish each with a cherry
Step 11
Bake for another 5 minutes
Step 12
Cool at room temp for 1 hour then chill in fridge for at least 2 or until ready to serve.
