Instructions
Step 1
Cut pepper in half OR cut off top and clean
Step 2
Brown ground beef and onion
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350°f
Step 4
Stir in tomato sauce, rice, basil, salt, butter and water
Step 5
Bring to a boil and then simmer covered for 5 mins
Step 6
Pack mixture into the bell peppers
Step 7
Top with cheese
Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes
