Step 1
Prep fresh ingredients
Step 2
Put spices for toasting on medium heat around 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Add 3 cups of neutral oil to saucepan. Heat up for about a minute and add the red onion, ginger, galic and fresh peppers. Gently cook for 4-6 minutes then remove from oil.
Step 4
Add spring onions and the toasted spices and bring it up to gently frying. Add gochugaru or any dried chilli or flakes. Add salt and simmer for 15 minutes.
