Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Wash yams in cool water. Pat dry and cut into cubes
Step 3
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and add yams. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender
Step 4
Sprinkle pork chop with Italian seasoning
Step 5
Add broccoli and olive oil to yams when there is on 15 minutes left.
Step 6
Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sear pork chop on each side for 3 to 5 minutes
Step 7
Lightly salt yams 1/2 tsp salt to yams and broccoli, then serve with pork chopa
