Baby back rib slab
Your choice of spices
spices
BBQ sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Remove silver skin from underside of ribs. Season rack of ribs with your choice of seasonings and wrap tightly in foil. We like to let it sit in refrigerator over night but not necessary. Turn wood pellet smoker to 350 degrees. When heated place ribs in foil on grate. Cook for two hours. Turn smoker down to 200. Open and remove foil and leave ribs on grate. Let smoke for 30 minutes. Slather with BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes.
