Instructions

Step 1
Crack eggs into a medium mixjng bowl, add some milk, whisk to combine, and pour into a skillet on medium - medium high
Step 2
Cook to make scrambled eggs. Just before they're ready, add salt and pepper
Step 3
Once ready, add to your large mixing bowl
Step 4
Add some oil to a skillet on medium high heat, slap breakfast turkey sausage in once hot enough. Season with salt and pepper. Break into small chunks, and when cooked through, add to your large mixing bowl with the scrambled eggs.
Step 5
Heat some more oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, add in minced garlic. Cook, stirring, until you can smell the garlic.
Step 6
Add spinach and dashes of lemon juice. Cook, stirring, until spinach is wilted. Add to large bowl
Step 7
Cook cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Once ready, add to the large bowl
Step 8
Add shredded cheese to large bowl. Add hot sauce and salsa if desired. Stir to combine and melt cheese
Step 9
Add a spoonful of the mixture to tortillas, and fold into burritos. Wrap individually in aluminum foil, and freeze.
Step 10
When you wanna eat, take out of the foil, and wrap in wet paper towel. Microwave for 2-2:30 minutes, and enjoy
