Parsley and Carrot Salad

A fresh and simple salad with on of the main ingredients being parsley.
A nice add on is feta cheese or olive oil.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the lettuce and parsley into bite sized pieces.
Step 2
Cut the onion into tiny pieces so that the taste will come in small bursts when eaten.
Step 3
Peel the carrot(s) so that the person eating doesn’t need to chew carrot cunks. The peels also work as decoration on the salad.
Step 4
Mix in lemon or lime juice to get an even fresher taste. Feta cheese and a drizzle of olive oil tastes good too.
