Instructions
Step 1
Wash your salad, dry it thoroughly with a napkin and cut the white stems.
Step 2
With your hands, rip the salad into small pieces, until they are fluffy and separated well.
Step 3
Cut bell peppers into thin lines: you can do so by slicing the peppers in halves, then slicing each half again horizontally and chopping them into fine little straws.
Step 4
Peel the pears with a knife or a peeler, chop them into cubes or slices, whichever you prefer.
Step 5
Mix the salad, the pears and the peppers in one bowl. Add in olives. Mix well with hands or spoons.
Step 6
Add in one teaspoon of olive oil and one tablespoon (or two teaspoons) of balsamic sauce. Drop Italian seasoning in (you can replace it with dried oregano, basilic and red pepper flakes). Mix one last time.
Step 7
Add some cilantro and dried sunflower seeds as a decoration. Bon appetit!
