1.5 lbsground chicken
1 Tbspherbs de provence
1 Tbspdijon mustard
¾ cupParmesan
2 tspsundried tomato oil
½ cuppanko breadcrumbs
1egg
1 Tbspolive oil
1 tspcrushed garlic
½ tsppaprika
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1shallot
chopped
2garlic cloves
chopped
1 ½ cupschicken broth
½ cupwhite wine
4 Tbspbutter
1 tspherb de provence
½ cupsun dried tomato
chopped
½ cupparmesan cheese
½ cupheavy cream
Instructions
Step 1
Add ground chicken, herbs, panko, Parmesan, egg, oils, salt and pepper and mix together. Make balls about 1 tbsp big
Cook in Dutch oven with 2 tbsp olive oil
Once all sides are golden remove and put on a plate
Cook shallot with garlic for a few minutes Add wine and chicken stock, simmer
Add butter, herbs, sundried tomatoes, cream and Parmesan Add chicken back to pot and add cooked pasta. Serve
