Angel’s Chicken Enchiladas

Delicious cheesy and creamy chicken enchiladas that the entire family will love!! I will have to add a picture after I make them!! These are my daughter’s favorite from her boyfriend mom!!

Step 1
Set oven to 350 degrees

Cut or shred chicken breasts
Step 3
Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, yogurt, green chilies, and chili powder. Remove 1/2 of the mixture and set aside, this will go on top of the tortilla shells before baking. Add cooked, shredded chicken to other 1/2 of mixture and combine.
Step 4
Fill the tortilla shells with mixture that contains the chicken. 2-3 Tbsp of mixture per shell and add cheese and then roll. Place in greased pan.
Step 5
Cover enchiladas with remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese over top. Cover with aluminum for and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove aluminum foil and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly! Enjoy!!
