1avocado

1 x 14 ozfirm tofu
package, can be marinated or smoked

1 x 15 ozcan of chickpeas
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Roughly chop lettuce and place in serving dish
Step 2
Chop tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and tofu and add to the dish
Step 3
Drain and rinse chickpeas to add to dish
Step 4
Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to dressing to taste
Step 6
When ready to serve salad pour dressing over the dish
Step 7
Toss to gently combine
