1.25 lbslean ground beef
½ tspsalt
1 tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
½ tspcracked black pepper
1 tspdried thyme
1 Tbspdijon mustard

Step 1
1. Cook fries according to instructions.

2. Chop up your toppings (tomatoes, pickles, bacon and set them to the side).

3. Slice the onion. In a medium sized pan, add olive oil and heat on medium/high heat. Add the onions and season with a pinch of salt/pepper. Sauté or 8 minutes or until browned and darkened in color. Then add in the balsamic vinegar, sauté for another 5 minutes. Set onions aside.

4. Wipe the onion pan with a paper towel, add the ground beef to the pan on medium heat. Season the beef with thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, onion. Continue to cook until beef is browned. Soak up the excess grease with a paper towel. Once the grease is soaked up, add in the dijon and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well.

5. Once beef is fully cooked, remove from heat and quickly make the dijonnaise sauce below.

6. In a small bowl, add mayo, dijon, a pinch of salt pepper and whisk together. To thin the sauce a little, add 1 tsp of water to the mix until desired consistency.

7. In a bowl, add lettuce, hamburger meat, toppings (pickles, onions, tomatoes, cheese, fries) and drizzle dijonnaise over the bowl
