Marinade
2 lbchicken thighs
2garlic cloves
1 Tbspground coriander
1 Tbspground cumin
1 Tbspground cardamon
1 tspground cayenne
2 tsppaprika
2 tspsalt
pepper
2 Tbsplemon juice
3 Tbspolive oil
To serve
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag
Step 2
Massage all the ingredients from the outside of the bag
Step 3
Let it marinade for at least 3 hours, 24 hours is ideal
Step 4
Cook on George Foreman grill or griddle
Step 5
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes then serve on flatbread with any toppings you want
